ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request that we disclose to you

the business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling your personal information;
the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information;
the categories of personal information that the business disclosed for a business purpose about the consumer; and
the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that we may restrict access to personal information as necessary to: (i) protect against cybersecurity risks or fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or otherwise improper activity and (ii) protect Berga trade secret or proprietary information.

You can request to access your personal information by calling 1-888-320-1540 x 303 to request any of these disclosures. You may make up to two requests in any 12-month period. This right does not apply to Berga employees, job applicants or labor contractors.

DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. To make such request please call 1-888-320-1540 x 303. This right does not apply to Berga employees, job applicants or labor contractors.

Additional uses of your non-personal and personal information will allow us to tailor products and services specific to your needs, to help organize and manage our relationship with you or your business, to conduct business, to provide you with customer and guest support, to perform functions that are described to you at the time of collection, and to enforce our Site’s Terms of Use.

We may also use non-personal aggregate information to improve our Sites and our products and services offerings. For example, our Internet Service providers may report to us that there were a particular number of visitors to a certain area of our Sites, or that a certain number of businesses or a certain number of individuals completed our registration forms in particular areas of our Sites. Such information may also be used to analyze the effectiveness of our business and advertising models.

VERIFYING CONSUMER REQUESTS

In order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or deletion, we will require three pieces of Personal Information that must match information that Berga has on file during any request to access or delete Personal Information. If that information matches the information that Berga has on file, you will receive a two-factor authentication via email or telephone in order to confirm your identity. If we are unable to confirm your identity based on this process, we will not release or delete the Personal Information.

NONDISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you because you have chosen to exercise any of your CCPA privacy rights listed above.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete your Personal Information. If you do so, your agent must provide the authorized agent with written permission to act as your agent and you may also be required to verify your identity with us.
